Notes: Antennapedia posted this prompt for Round 5 of Rounds of Kink. I couldn’t resist. Prompt: Dawn likes thinking about how they'll react if they find out. So does Ethan. Kink: Age Gap
Ethan remembers the first time he saw Dawn. She was a skinny little thing, all wide eyes and pointy chin and shiny brown hair with a side of elbows. What he noticed most, however, was her inner fire. She reminded him of Ripper, back in the day, back when a single word could make him fly off the handle. He noticed, too, the defiant attitude of that little Slayer of Ripper's, but without the vicious right hook. Ethan prefers someone who can be easily riled to violence, but doesn't like it when it's easy for them to mark his skin. That's one of the things he loves about Dawn. She may rail at him and threaten him, but she's yet to give him a black eye or knock out one of his teeth, as Ripper did once in a particularly humorless reaction to a joke.
Meeting Dawn again has been a revelation and the ultimate revenge. He wonders if he ought to marry her. It would upset Ripper and his annoying Slayer so. It's not as though he really needs to stay married for long. That would be entirely too dull...but thinking of Buffy's reaction when he calls her 'sis' for the first time is too amusing to resist.
Dawn remembers the first time she saw Ethan, too, but knows he didn't see her then. He was way too old - old like Giles was old, like her mother was old. And yet, there was something that she found oddly compelling about him, something that raised feelings she didn't have words for at eleven. Besides, he made Buffy and Giles all grumpy and pissed off. That in and of itself was a reason to be interested. She might love Buffy and Giles, but their attempts to protect her from every single thing in the whole world really annoyed her. She wasn't a baby! They still try to protect her, but she knows she doesn’t need protecting/ Now she loves having a secret that would make her sister wig big time. She's nineteen. She's a woman. There's nothing Buffy can do.
Besides, it's not like Buffy can talk about older lovers. She's had Angel and Riley and Spike, and now she's sharing Giles' bed whenever they're in the same country for a few days. Dawn thinks it's hypocritical of Buffy to even have an opinion on the subject, so she doesn't intend to give her the opportunity to have one.
As they lay in bed, Dawn laughs out loud. She knows that Ethan understands. He always gets how she loves doing the things that Buffy wouldn't approve. She loves how he responds by looming over her naked body and grinning widely.
"You're thinking about it again."
He doesn't ask. He knows. She doesn't answer in words. Instead, she takes hold of his hard cock and guides him into her depths.
"You're the only one," she tells him.
She's not just talking about the number of lovers she hasn't had.
"Lolita, light of my life, fire of my loins," he groans deeply as he pushes further into her.
"I'm not Lolita," she moans. "I'm legal."
"Shush. Don't say that. Just let me imagine Ripper's face when he finds out about this."
They both laugh as they continue thrusting. She doesn't know if this affair will last, or what it will lead to. All she knows is that she'll tell Buffy one day, and she can't wait to see her face when she does.
